Nourishing Your Mind and Spirit

Work diligently, but avoid pushing yourself to the point of exhaustion.

Work diligently, but avoid driving yourself to exhaustion. It is essential to take care of yourself both spiritually and physically, not only for the end results of your labor but also to ensure that the work you produce is of the highest quality. When you feel overwhelmed, seek help from God. It is important to learn to recognize when your mind is fatigued and take a break, and to practice self-care when needed. Just like a plant thrives when watered and yields fruit in due season, your body and mind will flourish when nourished. This will enhance your efficiency and bring clarity to a world that often seems uncertain and chaotic. By delving deep within yourself, you can discover your divinity and be divinely guided by God.
It is through practices like these that you can uncover your purpose and passion in this world, and move forward with grace and confidence. "Purpose" is inherent in every soul on this earth; all it takes is some introspection.

Backup Verse: Mark 6:31
Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”
